This piece is for anyone who has hit that wall. It’s how I turned my own knowledge base into an AI task manager that my agents and I share, and what I learned in the first week.

The short answer to the question I kept asking myself: yes, AI agents and a person can share one task list. You need a task manager with an API or an MCP server, a tag for each agent, and one tag that means “a person has to answer this”.

Claude Code memory: what it remembers, what it forgets, and where I keep the rest

If you use Claude Code every day, you’ve probably had the moment where it forgets something you told it last week, then remembers something you’d rather it didn’t. This piece is for you. It explains how Claude Code memory actually works, checked against Anthropic’s own docs on 9 October 2026, what it can’t do, and how I give it one memory across every project and tool I use.

The short version: Claude Code remembers through two sets of files on your machine. You write one (CLAUDE.md). Claude writes the other (auto memory). Both are local, and auto memory is per project. If you want the same memory in every project, on every machine and in other AI tools, you need something outside Claude Code, and the supported way to plug that in is an MCP server.

How to save ChatGPT conversations: never lose a chat again

The main ways to keep your ChatGPT chats: official export, print to PDF, browser extensions and copy and paste, and what each one misses.

Organise screenshots with an image to text converter

A practical look at OCR tools for screenshots and photos, and how to keep the extracted text organised and findable.

Otter AI alternative: why transcripts alone miss your knowledge

Why people are leaving Otter.ai, what the usual alternatives miss, and how to link transcripts to notes, research and voice memos.

Best second brain app for memory and focus

A guide to second brain apps: what they are, the features that matter, and ten apps compared for memory and focus.
