Free
Free has no limit on how much you save. You get the browser extension, the desktop app for Windows and Mac, and the web app, with lists, tables, the task board, the calendar, topics, people and desktop task reminders.
The AI tidy-up works on Free too, with your own OpenAI key. Add it in Settings, Integrations. It’s checked with OpenAI before it’s saved, and it’s kept on our server, never in your browser. OpenAI bills you for what the AI uses.
Pro
Pro is £9.99 a month. The AI is included, so you don’t need a key. On top of Free you get:
- AI search. Ask a question in normal words and get an answer with links to the entries it used.
- The work plan. Star an entry and it lands on a canvas where you can lay out cards, draw and add sticky notes.
- Your own statuses and labels. Name your statuses, pick their colours and choose which count as done. Rename projects, tasks and knowledge, and tell the AI what counts as work and what counts as personal.
- API access. Connect Claude Code with the MCP server, or your own tools with the API. See integrations.
- The Overdue filter, and due date colours on your task board.
Try Pro free for 30 days
Sign up free, then start the trial from Settings, Billing. You don’t need a card to start it. If you haven’t added one by the end of the 30 days, you go back to Free and keep everything you’ve saved.
