Dashboard overview

The Ultrathink web app is your central hub for browsing, searching, and organising everything you have captured. Access it at tryultrathink.com from any modern browser.

This guide walks you through the main layout, sidebar navigation, grid views, and real-time sync so you can find your way around quickly.

Layout at a glance

The web app is split into three areas:

Detail panel	Right (on click)	View and edit a single entry

The sidebar stays visible on larger screens and collapses to a hamburger menu on smaller viewports.

Viewing and editing entries

Every piece of content you capture in Ultrathink is stored as an entry. This guide explains how to open entries, navigate the detail panel, edit fields, star favourites, highlight key snippets, and change entity types.

Opening an entry

Click any card in the grid to open the detail panel on the right side of the screen. The panel slides in without leaving the grid view, so you can browse and read at the same time.

Search and filtering

Ultrathink offers several ways to find entries in your knowledge base: a search bar for text lookups, AI search for natural-language questions, and sidebar filters for browsing by type, entity, and category.

Search bar

The search bar is located above the main grid on the All entries page.

How it works

Type a keyword or phrase into the search bar.
Results filter as you type, matching against entry titles and content.
Press Enter (with at least three characters) to run an AI-powered search for more relevant results.

Instant filtering: results narrow as you type.
AI search on Enter: pressing Enter triggers semantic search for richer results.

Bulk actions

When you need to clean up many entries at once, bulk actions save you from deleting them one by one. This guide covers how to select multiple entries and run a batch delete.

Each entry row in the grid has a checkbox on the left. Click the checkbox to toggle selection for that entry. Repeat for each entry you want to include.

Keyboard shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts in the Ultrathink web app are limited at present. You can use standard browser shortcuts for general navigation. The main keyboard interactions are within form fields and dialogs.
