Most answers are a click away inside Ultrathink. If you are still stuck, send feedback from the app or email a person.
The Help panel
Click Help in the top bar to open the Help panel. It has three tabs:

| Browse | Opens these help pages. |
| Use cases | Ideas for ways to use Ultrathink, with questions to ask and help pages to read. |
The links at the foot of the Help panel let you take the tour again, see what is new, or open the full help pages.
Press Esc to close the Help panel.
The tour and What’s new
- Take the tour walks you round the app: capturing, finding things, an entry’s detail, tasks and connecting your other apps. Nothing is saved or changed while it runs.
- What’s new lists every release, newest first, with what changed.
Both are in the Help panel and in the account menu. See The tour, What’s new and Help.
Send feedback
Click Feedback in the top bar. Type what is working, what is not, or what you would like to see, then press Enter or click Send. Press Shift+Enter for a new line.
Your email address is sent with your feedback, so we can reply. The button says Thanks! once it has gone.

It helps if you include:
- What you were doing, step by step.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- Which app: the web app, the browser extension or the desktop app, and the browser or computer you use.
- Any message on screen. Copy the words exactly, or attach a screenshot.
- When it happened, so we can find it.
Never send your password or a device key. We never need them.
A copy of your data
There is no export button. To get a copy of your data, email me@cmw.email.
On the Pro plan you can also read all your entries through the API. See API: getting started.
